De'Aaron Fox was sensational in the Kings' 113-109 victory over the New Orleans Pelicans on Thursday night, finishing with 33 points on 13-of-22 shooting from the field.

Fox also added 6 rebounds and 5 assists in the win, and he was a key part of the Kings' strong defensive effort that held the Pelicans to just 42.2% shooting from the field.

"I thought our defense was really good tonight," Fox said. "We were able to get stops when we needed them, and that was a big part of the win."

Kevin Huerter was another key contributor for the Kings on Thursday night, finishing with 22 points on 8-of-14 shooting from the field.

Huerter also added 5 rebounds and 4 assists in the win, and he was a key part of the Kings' strong shooting performance that saw them hit 50% of their shots from the field.

"I thought we moved the ball really well tonight," Huerter said. "We were able to get open looks, and we were able to knock them down."

Kings head coach Mike Brown was pleased with his team's performance on Thursday night, and he praised their effort on both ends of the court.

"I thought our guys played really hard tonight," Brown said. "We were able to get stops defensively, and we were able to make shots offensively.
