The Long Island Nets were unable to overcome a slow start and fell to the Westchester Knicks 118-99 in NBA G League action on Friday night. The Nets trailed by 15 points after the first quarter and were never able to recover.The Knicks were led by Quinton Rose, who scored 25 points. James McAdoo added 23 points and 12 rebounds, while Kadeem Allen chipped in with 20 points.
The Nets were led by Shannon Sharpe, who scored 19 points. Chris Chiozza added 17 points and 10 assists, while Bryce Brown chipped in with 16 points.
