Washington overcame an 11-point halftime deficit to defeat Seattle Pacific 77-62 in a non-conference men's basketball game at Alaska Airlines Arena on Thursday night.

The victory snapped a two-game losing streak for the Huskies (3-2), who were led by Keion Brooks Jr.'s 22 points.

Brooks was 8-of-13 from the field and 4-of-6 from beyond the arc. He also had seven rebounds and two assists.

Overcome halftime deficit with great effort

After trailing 36-25 at halftime, the Huskies came out with more energy in the second half.

They outscored the Falcons 23-11 in the first 10 minutes of the second half to take a 48-47 lead.

Washington never trailed again.

They also outrebounded Seattle Pacific 35-28.
