The Luiks-Limburgse Weerts Group has announced the construction of a new European distribution center for the global footwear brand Skechers in the Liège region of Belgium. The state-of-the-art facility will significantly enhance Skechers' distribution capabilities across Europe.
Scheduled to open in 2024, the new distribution center will span 80,000 square meters and employ approximately 500 people. The facility will be strategically located near major transportation hubs, ensuring efficient distribution of Skechers products to retailers and consumers throughout Europe.
